Welcome to X LiveTalk Video Call & X Chat (the “App”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this application and related services (collectively, the “Service”), provided by SkieConnect Labs (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
• By using the App, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• Users under 18 will be immediately blocked from the platform.

2. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all content you share, including messages, videos, and interactions with others.

You must use the App respectfully and lawfully.

Prohibited Conduct:

You agree not to:

1. Harass or abuse others, including sending or displaying any content that is threatening, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, hateful, racist, or discriminatory.

2. Engage in sexual or adult content, including:

• Appearing nude or in underwear.
• Showing your torso without showing your face.
• Displaying genitals or touching them sexually (even over clothes).
• Using obscene or sexual language, gestures, or behavior.
• Asking or suggesting sexual or adult activities (including cybersex).

3. Use fake or misleading video feeds, including:

• Showing pre-recorded videos or unrelated images.
• Pointing your camera at screens, photos, or text.
• Using any emulator or software to fake a webcam feed.

4. Spam or promote external services:

• No advertising, promotions, or external links.
• No chain messages or repetitive text.

5. Engage in illegal activity, including:

• Sharing copyrighted content without permission.
• Hacking or attempting to access other users’ accounts.
• Promoting prostitution, escort services, or child exploitation.

6. Flirt, request photos, or share contact details — this is strictly prohibited.

3. User Safety & Moderation Policy

We are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all users.

To maintain safety and compliance with Google Play policies:

1. Real-time Moderation:

Our systems and moderators actively monitor user behavior to detect and remove inappropriate or harmful content.

2. Report & Block Features:

Users can report or block others directly through the App if they experience harassment, nudity, or any other violation.

3. Strict Age Restriction:

Users under 18 are not allowed. If detected, accounts will be permanently banned.

4. Immediate Action for Violations:

Serious breaches such as nudity, sexual behavior, or child exploitation result in immediate suspension or termination without prior notice.

5. User Education:

We regularly display in-app safety notices encouraging users to behave respectfully and report misconduct.

6. No Guarantee of Safety:

While we enforce strict policies, we cannot fully control user behavior. We encourage all users to act responsibly and avoid sharing personal or sensitive information during live calls.

By using this App, you acknowledge that we take safety seriously and that any misuse may lead to permanent removal from the platform.

4. Enforcement & Reporting Violations

• Violating these Terms may lead to a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent ban — without prior notice.
• Serious breaches (including underage use, nudity, or illegal activity) will result in immediate permanent bans.
• You can report other users by submitting a complaint with a screenshot or message.

Our moderation team reviews reports 24/7 and takes action where necessary.
Repeated violations or multiple verified complaints may trigger automatic bans.

• Do not retaliate or argue with violators — always report through the in-app tools.

If you respond with offensive behavior, you may also be banned.

5. Limitation of Liability

• We work hard to maintain a safe environment but cannot guarantee that all violators will be caught or banned.
• We are not responsible for user-generated content or the actions of other users.
• You use the App at your own risk and agree that we are not liable for any harm, loss, or damage arising from use of the Service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in inappropriate conduct.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may modify or update these Terms from time to time.

We will attempt to notify users of major changes, but it is your responsibility to review the latest version periodically. Continued use of the App means you accept the revised Terms.
